Beginner Ninja Training
Auburn Kids Ninja Warrior is all about creating habits that allow you to accomplish any FEAT! Focus, Energy, Awareness and Tenacity are all required to do your best in Ninja Class, at home and in school! practice these skills as you conquer the course and when you are ready – take your timed run and try to beat your previous high score!
Ninjas train in 5 week blocks and then have Challenge Week! Here, they have 2 classes to show off their New Ninja Skills and beat their best Times Course Run! Then they earn their next Ninja Rank designated by their Ninja Shirt Color! This boosts enthusiasm and engagement while creating healthy, active lifestyle habits.
