Kids Ninja Class is a blast of non-stop, “0” Downtime energy-burning fun!

We uniquely combine the Fun of our Ninja Obstacle Course with the Focus and Discipline of our Kids Martial Arts Program in each 1 hour class!

Ninjas are instructed on individual obstacles, ninja moves, activities and ninja games. Each class they get stronger and faster, trying to beat their course timed run!

Challenge week comes every 5th weeks, students receive their Next Ninja Rank (T-shirt color) and then we start with a whole New Obstacle Course! This keeps kids ninja class fun, engaging and challenging – the perfect recipe for enthusiasm!

Our Auburn Karate Kids program is combined in your kids ninja class for the ultimate Ninja experience! Re-enforce listening skills and healthy habits that improve performance at home and at school.

Additional events are available monthly. Challenge week and Ninja Night are regulars. Ninja Night is 3 hours of Ninja Games, Challenges and pizza! Go out for fun or get some rest while we tired your ninjas out! Reserved for the last Friday and Saturday of every moth. This is our most popular extra activity and sells out. Register ahead of time and put it on your calendar!

Ages 4+ new participants must be able to listen to instruction and follow directions.

Ninja Warrior began as a Japanese TV show title “Sasuke”.

“Sasuke is a Japanese sports entertainment game show television series, airing since 1997, in which 100 competitors attempt to complete a four-stage obstacle course. An edited version, named Ninja Warrior, is screened in at least 18 other countries.“

It was a hit in Japan and American TV picked it up to re-show as Ninja Warrior.

Then American Ninja Warrior was started as our own version the the TV show which had a top prizze early on of going to Japan to compete on Sasuke.
